SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, and select international destinations. All orders are fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partners with facilities located in the UK and US.

FULFILLMENT TIME

All of our products are made to order, which means production starts after you place your order.

  • Fulfillment Time: 2–5 business days
  • Note: During peak seasons (e.g. holidays), fulfillment may take slightly longer.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping time begins once your order is fulfilled.

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

International:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days, depending on destination and customs

Please note these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to postal disruptions, customs clearance, or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and the number of items ordered. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions to the UK.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it to the correct address, but you may be charged an additional shipping fee.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your order appears lost in transit or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will work with the fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For international orders outside the UK and US, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. RoyalCovers.uk is not liable for any customs or import duties incurred.
