Q: What kind of phone cases do you sell?

A: We offer high-quality printed phone cases in various styles including Snap, Tough, MagSafe-compatible, and Wallet cases — all customized by our London-based design team.

Q: Are your products made in the UK?

A: All our designs are created in London. Products are printed and fulfilled in the UK and USA via our trusted partner Printify to ensure fast, local delivery.

Q: Can I customize my phone case?

A: At the moment, we only sell pre-designed cases. However, we plan to launch a custom design feature soon — stay tuned!


🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long does shipping take?

A:

  • UK Orders: 2–5 business days after fulfillment
  • USA Orders: 3–6 business days after fulfillment
  • International Orders: 5–15 business days depending on your location

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping costs vary depending on location and quantity. Final costs are calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping promos from time to time.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates apply.


🔄 RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?

A: Since all products are made to order, we only accept returns in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect orders. Please check our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Q: How can I cancel an order?

A: You can cancel within 6 hours of placing your order by emailing us at hello@royalcovers.uk. A 10% cancellation fee may apply.
