REFUND & RETURNS POLICY


EXCHANGE AN ORDER

At RoyalCovers.uk, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect item selection (e.g. wrong size, design, or address) as all products are made to order. By placing an order, the customer agrees to verify all details before confirming. We encourage careful review of your order prior to payment.

CANCEL AN ORDER

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Cancellations made after this period are not guaranteed, as your order may already be in production or processing. A cancellation fee of 10% of your total order value will apply.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns and offer refunds only under specific conditions, and within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Return Conditions:

We will offer a full refund if the item received:

  • Arrives damaged or broken
  • Has a design that does not match the order
  • Has incorrect size, color, or material
  • Is not the item you ordered
  • Is significantly different from the product listing description

Ineligible Returns:

Returned items will not be accepted if they:

  • Have been worn, washed, or modified
  • Are missing original tags or packaging
  • Are damaged by the customer
  • Contain minor cosmetic issues like loose threads that don’t affect function

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To request a return:

1. Email hello@royalcovers.uk within 30 days of delivery with the following:

- Order number

- Shipping label or receipt

- Proof of purchase

- Photo evidence of the defective or incorrect item

- Any relevant email communication

2. Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and address.

3. Carefully pack the item and send it using a trackable shipping method.

4.  Send us your tracking number or a photo of the receipt.

Note:

  • Do NOT return any item before receiving confirmation via email. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please keep your tracking info.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This fee is non-refundable.


REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • A full refund (including original shipping fees) will be processed within 2 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your card provider
  • Reach out to us at hello@royalcovers.uk for further assistance

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from delivery. After that, your order will be considered accepted.
  • Refunds are issued only after confirmation via email and receipt of returned items.
  • Damaged or lost packages during return shipping are not our responsibility.
  • Please always contact us before returning any items.
