At Royal Covers UK, we strive to provide high-quality, custom phone cases made just for you. Since all our products are print-on-demand (POD), we only accept refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • The item is significantly different from what was ordered.
  • The order was lost in transit and has not arrived within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.

Non-Refundable Items

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept refunds or returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind after ordering).
  • Incorrect order details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong phone model selected).
  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you experience an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and attach clear photos of the issue (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  4. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement free of charge.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
